Blue Belt (4th Kyu) Requirements

Introduction:
While this belt level training time introduces more kung fu techniques, the student is encouraged to still focus on strong basics. The white and yellow belt katas are expected to flow smoothly with each stance and technique delivered strongly and accurately.Recommended training time at Green before grading:

Two or more, three minute continuous sparring rounds, light-contact, demonstrating control of distance between attacker / defender. Fast counter attack is expected. Combinations of kicks and punches with some spinning kick techniques.Optional Requirements
